Welcome to McMillan House
Known to many in its previous guise as the St Andrew's Hotel, this building had become a derelict eyesore over many years.
With the help of skilled Banff tradespeople we have transformed this historic building into a flexible workplace for over 30 people.

Reception area
Our main reception area, just inside the front door, is for all tenants to meet and greet visitors and also has an accessible toilet.
There are five offices off the reception area and a stairway leading to a further five offices on the upper floor.

Designed around your needs
All of our work spaces can be set up either as offices or more informal configurations for counselling/therapy rooms or studios. We can even provide the furniture!
You tell us what you need and we'll create the space.
Additional space?
Meeting rooms
Our tenants can book additional space for meetings or additional desk space on an hourly basis.
Our spacious meeting room includes HDMI connection to a large wall-mounted screen for sharing data and presentations.
Meeting room bookings includes unlimited freshly ground coffee from our Coffee Hub outside the room.

A Coffee and a Chat
Everyone needs time away from their workspace either to grab a coffee to go or to sit and chat or eat your lunch.
Equipped with fridge, kettle, hob, cooker and freezer, this breakout area has loads of space to chill out.
Our bean-to-cup coffee machine can provide fresh coffee for you and your clients.
