One of the biggest worries for businesses over the past few years has been the rising cost of energy.
At both of our Centres we provide a fixed cost solution so that, no matter what happens, your monthly outgoings will be fixed for twelve months and you will know exactly what you are going to be paying out each month.

Superfast Fibre Internet
Both of our Centres have had superfast fibre cabling installed with state-of-the-art firewall systems and wifi hubs distributed across all floors.
Our IT systems ensure that there is enough bandwidth for everyone and plenty more to spare!
Are cleaning costs included?
First impressions count and we will do out bit to make sure your customers, staff and visitors see your business in its best light.
All areas of our Centres are professionally cleaned twice a week. This includes the cleaning of all common areas, offices and emptying of bins.

Easy Access
Is the building accessible?
With a large car park across the road and kerbside access directly outside our front door, our buildings are accessible to people with mobility difficulties.
We have ramp access outside and accessible toilet facilities on the ground floor of both Centres.
How long is the lease?
We understand that taking on a business space is a big commitment so we offer flexibility to make sure that you get the best solution for your business.
We will work with you to identify your priorities. Some people may want a shorter lease, particularly if their business is fairly new, whereas others will want certainty over the medium to longer term and would prefer a longer lease with fixed costs over that period.
We can accomodate either, as well as something in between. The important thing is that you get a rental agreement which is tailored to your needs.
