About Banff Business Centre
Originally built in 1843 as a Mansion House, this historic building has operated as a Business Centre for a number of years and has a mix of long-term and newer tenants.
The property was purchased in May 2022 and is now operated by Frui Vita Ltd who are the landlords and property manager. It can accomodate over 70 people within its 11 individual rooms and office suites.
Over the last 3 years the building has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme including top to bottom redecoration and new floor coverings throughout, a new coffee station and the installation of high speed wifi hubs on all floors.
The Foyer
This impressive hallway provides a relaxing space to greet visitors to the Centre.
Its sweeping staircase leads up to the five offices on the Top Floor as well as providing access to the Lower Ground Floor and out to the private garden area.
On this floor are the two biggest suites of rooms (each over 400 square feet), the new coffee hub and an accessible toilet.
Time for a caffeine fix?
The Coffee Station
Our new self-service coffee station provides a range of bean-to-cup freshly ground coffees and specialty teas complimented by a choice of tasty biscuits.
We use a QR Code 'Honesty Box' system of payment (£1 per coffee).
Private Outdoor Space
Whether it's a five-minute break to clear your head or an impromptu team meeting on a sunny afternoon, our garden is at your disposal.
With outdoor seating it's the perfect opportunity to get away from your desk and eat your lunch in the fresh air.
Safety and Security
Our tenants enjoy 24 hour access to the Centre seven days a week, safe in the knowledge that the building is equipped with external alarm systems as well as keypad access to the foyer and beyond.
For your safety and security all common areas of the Centre are covered by CCTV which is remotely monitored. We are in the process of installing sensor-controlled lighting throughout the building and at the front and back doors.
Fire alarms and equipment are routinely maintained and tested on a weekly basis.
Kitchen area
Equipped with fridge, kettle and microwave, the communal kitchen will help you store and prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
One less thing to worry about.
