We provide a range of fully-serviced business spaces within our newly-refurbished 19th Century former mansion house. Our workspaces are multi-purpose and have been used for offices, studios, clinics, salons and many other business types.

Hot Desking & Dedicated Desks

In addition to leased offices we also offer flexible workspace solutions on a short-term basis. 

Hot Desking is available on a basic monthly contract for just £38.00 per month. This allows for 4 days, with any additional days being charged at £9.50 each. Once booked, all you need to do is turn up whenever it suits you, grab a complimentary latte and get connected to our superfast broadband and you're ready to go.

Dedicated Desks are for those who want to use the workspace on a more regular basis and want to be able to set up and leave their equipment on their desk. This is a bit like an office share. There will be up to three others in the office but each person has their own area which is available to them 24/7. Dedicated desks are available on a monthly rolling contract for £182.50 per month which works out at £6.00 per day.

Counselling/Informal Meeting Room - Available on a pre-booking system between 9.00-5.00pm, this room is avaiable for £28.50 per day. It is perfect for counselling and other psychological therapy services as well as conducting interviews or other 1-1 private discussions.
